About the Clerk's Office
Welcome to the website for the Clerk of Toledo Municipal Court’s office. The
Clerk’s office is responsible for maintaining the public record on all court
cases in Toledo Municipal Court as well as collecting and distributing fines and
fees associated with these cases.
Our newly re-vamped website will help you find answers to your
questions, search court case information, pay fines online, and
view a complete docket of the court’s hearings.

City of Toledo, Ottawa Hills, and Washington Township.

7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Civil Division
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
