The Civil Division is comprised of Civil General, Bookkeeping, Small Claims and Trusteeship Departments with the primary function of maintaining all records relating to civil actions filed in this court. The Civil Division is involved in all phases of the trial process from the initial filing of a case through the final satisfaction of that case. Types of cases processed in our court are account, damages, evictions, rent escrow, injunctive relief (license appeal), temporary restraining order, replevins, judgment transfers and foreign judgments.

All court costs are to be paid at the time of filing with cash, certified check, business check or money order only.
